What makes Dr. Bronner's soap different from conventional soaps?
Our soaps are made with organic, fair trade oils and contain no synthetic foaming agents, thickeners, or preservatives. They are highly concentrated, biodegradable, and packaged in 100% post-consumer recycled plastic.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our products are certified cruelty-free by the Leaping Bunny program. Most of our products are vegan, with the exception of our lip and body balms which contain organic beeswax.
How should I dilute the 18-in-1 Pure-Castile Soap?
Because our soap is three times more concentrated than most liquid soaps, we recommend diluting it for most uses. A common ratio is 1 part soap to 10 parts water for general cleaning, or just a few drops for face washing.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain threshold as specified at checkout.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, you may return the product within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided it was purchased directly from our website.

Yes, we are committed to fair trade. Our main ingredients—including coconut oil, palm oil, olive oil, and mint oil—are sourced from certified Fair Trade projects around the world to ensure fair wages and environmental sustainability.
